ILEAA Group ran hosting, email, remote access and backups on the same environment, so a problem in one workload could become a problem for all of them. Corporate email had no reputation isolation, remote staff needed internal files without exposing them publicly, and vacation replies depended on memory, not rules.

A dedicated on premise server split into isolated virtual workloads, hosting on its own environment, outbound email on its own, and a private encrypted layer for remote staff to reach internal resources without exposing them to the public internet. Backups moved to a headless server side process, vacation replies to scheduled rules.

ILEAA Group now runs on infrastructure where a problem in one workload stays there. Email reputation is protected, remote staff work without a public attack surface, backups run off site without a desktop client competing for server resources, and the system takes on new services without being rebuilt.
